Ōtākou Pūtea Manaaki Hardship Grant

To provide support for registered Ōtākou hapū members experiencing energy hardship - energy hardship is a situation where whānau may be under financial strain and concerned with their ability to meet minimum living expenses.

Eligibility

  • Registered with Te Rūnanga o Ōtākou

  • Over 18 years old

  • Has not already received a Pūtea Manaaki Grant in the 26/27 year.

  • This grant is open from 01 September 2026 to 31 January 2027.

  • Level of funding available - up to $500 per whānau
