KUA TAKOTO TE MANUKA
Speech at Waitangi Day Otakou
Rahui Katene, MP for Te Tai Tonga
Sunday 6 February 2011; 12 noon
Ngai Tahu Treaty Festival

The HMNZS Otago made its first visit to Dunedin, arriving on the morning of Thursday 22nd July. A welcoming ceremony was hosted by Dunedin City Council, Otakou & Puketeraki Runaka and waiata support was provided by the tamariki of Te Mua Upoko ki Portobello.
